Greece: Peloponnese: 'Odontotos' rack railway services suspended due to landslides

Services on the 22 km Diakopto-Kalavryta rack railway line have been suspended until further notice following landslides. The route, inaugurated in 1896 and considered a feat of engineering due to its extremely steep slopes, is popular with tourists and affords great views through the Vouraikos gorge.
