The Panhellenic Federation of Tourism and Catering Workers (POEET) has announced a 24-hour nationwide strike and a protest rally at the Ministry of Labor on February 25th. POEET protests significant delays in seasonal unemployment payments, while key demands include reinstating a 20-year lump-sum payment rule, signing a new collective agreement and improved labour inspections.
