My main interest is in tourism for the benefit of local communities and anti-poverty tourism, including community-based tourism. I have worked in this field in South Africa, Mexico, Gabon, Southern Europe and Canada. I am also interested in developing alternative tourism options in regions were mass tourism threatens to destroy the soul, natural beauty and culture of the country (eg Greece)
